An integral component of our Mission of Caring is to assist nursing homes maintain adequate nursing staff to care for their residents. Since 1999 the Supplemental Staffing Services division has specialized in providing supplemental staffing of nurses so nursing homes can maintain proper levels of care for their residents.
We service many nursing homes and school districts across southeast Michigan with critical supplemental staffing. When nursing departments are understaffed regular staff nurses must work extra hours and the quality of care may be compromised. Generations Staffing Resources assists to help alleviate this problem.
Generations Staffing Resources:
- has an extensive data base of hundreds of nurses to meet critical staffing needs.
- requires all nurses undergo a thorough and extensive hiring process which includes skills and competency testing.
- provides continuing education is provided to all nurses in our Training and Conference Center allowing each nurse to maintain up-to-date skill levels and meet their annual requirement for training.
Using a web-based staffing and scheduling system, a team of experienced staffing coordinators work closely with clients to add much needed supplemental staff.
